Podium Athletes will ALWAYS be FREE to our athletes

As we begin putting together deals a small service fee will be taken from the business. This will be included in each individual contact.

Each athlete and brand are unique which is why each contract and deal will have its own contract and structure. Our team is flexible and wants to ensure NIL campaigns are available to all businesses regardless of budget.
NIL DEALS FOR BUSINESSES
Our team will handle all contracts and provide NCAA compliance reports for each deal in accordance with the NCAA, state laws, and university rules. Once wrapped, Podium will collect a 20% service charge from the business.

This fee excludes affiliate deals and athlete management packages. Deal structure for affiliate type deals will be based on the business.

Podium is and always will be free to athletes.
Our team works for you to ensure your athlete's accurately report NIL deals and maintain NCAA eligibility.
